U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, or USCIS officially published the final rule on its revised fee schedule on August 3, 2020. The new filing fees will take effect starting October 2, 2020.

Surprisingly, some application fees will increase up 377% more, and other applications such as form I-485 will have a lower fee. USCIS will also impose new fee requirements, according to the final rule.

We suggest that you apply for immigration benefits prior to October 2, 2020.
